SECRET TEACHINGS IN TENDERNESS

As an extension of her concept album Supernatural, Wild Anima presents “Secret teachings in tenderness”. An invitation to soften into the realm of self healing through plants, sound and the tender heart.

“Secret teachings in tenderness” is a title inspired by two books, Stephen Buhner’s “The secret teachings of plants: the intelligence of the heart through the direct perception of nature” and “Training in tenderness” by Tibetan Buddhist master and artist Dzigar Kongtrul.
