Plant Spirit Sound Rituals
The Intent: A sensory healing ceremony inspired by ancestral traditions (such as Druidry and Earth wisdom) to meet the spirit of a Master Healer Plant and harmonize your emotional landscape.
The Experience: An immersive, sacred experience akin to a healing ritual. Together, we commune with the spirit of a specific healing plant. Carried by the sound of the drum, the gong, intuitive singing, and the plant's vibrational medicine. It is a deep inner journey to release blockages, receive teachings, and undergo an intimate transformation.
Much more than a sound journey, this is a deep immersion inspired by ecopsychology—where healing our psyche goes hand in hand with reconnecting to the Earth. During each journey, we honor a specific Master Plant, explored through:
Astrology, Myths & Archetypes: To understand the story and power of the plant in resonance with our own lives.
Emotional Medicine: To release, transmute, and soothe our inner blockages and emotional landscapes.
Who is it for? For those who wish to experience a powerful spiritual and symbolic journey, release emotional burdens, and engage in deep healing work.

Plant Music Therapy
Plant music is a technological process that works with bioelectricity sensors and thus transforms the energy flow of plants into musical notes.
This technology was developed in the 1970s within the spiritual community of Damanhur in northern Italy. This community, recognized by the UN for its innovative research in ecology, has developed devices that can give a voice to plants and the nature that surrounds us in order to strengthen our connection to the Earth and our mutual well-being.
With this tool, we can observe that each plant has its own melody and reacts differently to its environment. This allows us to become aware of the living nature of plants and to create a form of dialogue with them.
The benefits of plant music therapy
Being in contact with nature is scientifically proven to have therapeutic effects on our health. Plant Music improves well-being through a form of music therapy generated by plants
“All living beings, including plants, emit information, electromagnetic fields, waves. Thanks to their sensitivity to their environment, plants emit a personalized and unique melody audible to the human ear thanks to a device transforming their electrical activity into a melody. They play bio-compatible melodies (extracts of proteodies), this plant melody thus fills the deficiencies of your metabolism, accompanies your healing process and relieves your physical, emotional and energetic disorders. Plant music diffuses these melodies deep into your cells. These tools, both vibrational and physical, act on all levels, allow you to relaunch your natural regeneration and find the essence of your life.” - Yin Yang Harmony
The body of light: inner photosynthesis
When I welcome you for a healing session with the music of plants, I guide you in a sound meditation inspired by the Tibetan Bön practice called “The body of light”. It is an ancestral meditation practice taught in the Buddhist Bön tradition of Tibet which consists of relieving the wounds and pains of our physical body, our speech and our mind or our identification of suffering with our ego. Thanks to this practice we promote the letting go of all the limiting thoughts that weigh us down to find more lightness and bring light back into all parts of our being. Thus thanks to a form of inner photosynthesis we soothe the wounds of our psyche by visualizing light that comes to nourish our inner metaphorical plants and helps them to “grow” to strengthen our energy field and find a symbiosis of well-being in harmony with our inner nature and the nature that surrounds us.
It strengthens our connection to the Earth and fills us with the feeling of unconditional love and warmth of life energy. What Tibetans call Tsewa.

Plant Wisdom & Medicine of the Soul
From Phytotherapy to Listening to the Green Nation
"All of nature is at the disposal of humankind so that they may heal, for the whole of creation is a symphony of praise." — Hildegarde von Bingen
Listening to the music of plants through technology opens a gateway into their vibrational universe. Yet, this melody is merely the tip of the iceberg of a far more ancient and profound relationship. To truly understand the plant kingdom, we must approach it in its entirety: through its biochemistry, its spirit, and its immaterial wisdom.
Phytotherapy: The Medicine of Molecules
Traditional phytotherapy is the science of medicinal plants. It recognizes the power of active principles, molecules, and essences that the earth shapes within the heart of roots, stems, and flowers. It is a tangible medicine that nourishes, cleanses, and supports the physical body. However, restricting a plant to its chemical components would be like reducing a human being to their skeleton
Hildegarde von Bingen & Viriditas
In the 12th century, the mystic, herbalist, and musician Hildegard von Bingen already understood the absolute interconnection between body, mind, and nature. She conceptualized Viriditas (the greening power, or divine freshness): the spiritual vital energy that flows through plants and is channeled into the patient for healing. For Hildegarde, plants carry a sacred resonance within them—a vibration of life capable of restoring harmony where illness has sown discord
Plant Spirit Healing: Dialoguing with the Spirit of the Plant
Beyond physical form and medicinal use lies Plant Spirit Healing. Rooted in shamanic and ancestral traditions, this approach views plants as sentient beings of consciousness, as living teachers. Each plant possesses a unique energetic signature, a spiritual "medicine" entirely its own:
The Rose does not merely heal the skin; it soothes broken hearts and opens the doorway to unconditional love.
Mugwort does not only support the feminine cycle; it sharpens intuition and clears subtle spaces.
The Union of Sound and the Plant Kingdom
By weaving together phytotherapy, the wisdom of Hildegarde von Bingen, and Plant Spirit Healing, my work honors the plant in all its dimensions. When we listen to live plant music while connecting with their spirit, we are not just attending a performance. We are receiving a complete holistic treatment. We drink in their physical medicine, vibrate to the rhythm of their Viriditas, and allow their spirit to guide our own healing.

A Lineage of Transmission (Community Focus)
For the Music of Plants: I was initiated by the artist and researcher Tritone Crisantemo within the Masterplants project. I learned to master the technology of capturing plant bio-data and to understand the musical language of plants as a rigorous vibrational art.
For Plant Spirit Healing: My guidance and openness to the invisible dialogue with the spirit of plants were passed down to me by Zigola Pioppo, an artist, researcher, and guardian of plant wisdom in Damanhur. Her teachings allowed me to refine my intuition to listen to the subtle medicine of the soul of plants.
It is with deep gratitude toward my mentors and the Damanhur community that I carry this medicine today, weaving it into my own journey to pass it on to you.
Gong
The origins of the Gong go back to prehistoric times. According to ethnological research, it was developed by prehistoric men who used large metal plates to cook their food and after refining the object, it became the musical instrument and healing tool we know today. The practice of the healing gong has been used in different cultures around the world, in ancient Greece, Tibet and throughout the Asian continent. Today, it is taught in lineages such as Kundalini yoga or Tibetan Bön shamanic practices linked to sound therapy with Himalayan bowls.
Ambassador of peace
The Gong is called the "ambassador of peace"; its resonance quality allows our body and nervous system to relax deeply and find the ways of harmony. It is an instrument intimately linked to the heart and its soothing qualities.
The Sound of Emptiness
“The sound vibrations of the bowls break our ability to maintain our “ego boundaries”. When we release our sense of self, we enter the universal field of energy.” - Diane Mandle
PRAJNAPARAMITA - HEART SUTRA: “The perfection of (transcendent) wisdom.”
“EMPTINESS IS FORM, FORM IS EMPTINESS”
The practice of Gong is intimately linked to the “Heart Sutra”, a sacred text of Buddhism which brings together several sacred teachings on the true nature of reality and the essence of our existence. The ultimate realization of the emptiness present in all things.
Amplify the whole heart
“The gong is a true amplifier. It produces very complex simultaneous sounds ranging from infra-bass to ultra-sound, not perceived by the human ear, but acting positively on the energetic and physical bodies.” - Gong Holistika
So when we understand the very essence of the gong, we understand its intimate connection with our own heart. In turn, we can become gong and make our heart resonate with these beautiful teachings of peace and transcendence of reality with everything that surrounds us.
Deep rest
The benefits of Gong:
Stress reduction
stimulation of the glandular system
Facilitator to break emotional blockages
“The sound of the gong allows a cleaning of disturbing emotional memories, a harmonization of the energy bodies with the physical body, which allows the release of blockages and life to flow freely through our being. We then find our original state of joy, harmony, peace and love.
A true instrument of transformation, the gong allows us to completely unload what encumbers us internally, to give way to a deep feeling of peace and serenity, a complete rebalancing and total relaxation.” - Gong Holistika
The Art of Therapeutic Tuning Forks
The Harmony of Frequencies: From Pythagoras to Modern Science
"If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration." — Nikola Tesla
Therapeutic tuning forks are not merely musical instruments—they are precise acoustic keys, designed to retune the human body to its fundamental frequency.
My approach is directly rooted in the lineage of John Beaulieu, a world-renowned pioneer in sound therapy and BioSonics, with whom my mentor, Philippe Garnier, trained closely. Through their teachings, I pass down a practice that beautifully bridges the science of modern neurology with the wisdom of ancient traditions.
Pythagoras and the Science of Intervals
It all begins in the 6th century BCE with the philosopher and mathematician Pythagoras. By observing vibrating strings, he discovered that the universe is governed by sacred mathematical ratios. For him, music was a form of medicine capable of healing both the soul and the body.
In sound therapy, we use pairs of tuning forks tuned to these specific Pythagorean proportions. When two tuning forks vibrate together, they create a musical interval.
For instance, the Perfect Fifth (the 3:2 ratio, created by the C & G forks) generates a flawless sonic geometry.
Upon hearing this interval, the human brain instantly undergoes a phenomenon called brainwave entrainment, dipping the mind into a state of deep meditation, clarity, and inner peace.
Nervous System Regulation & Nitric Oxide Release
When the tuning forks are activated, their vibration travels in two ways: through the ears (air conduction) and directly into the body (bone conduction).
Placed on specific acupuncture points, joints, or energy centers, the tuning forks act as a micro-cellular massage. Dr. John Beaulieu’s research proved that applying these frequencies instantly triggers the release of nitric oxide (NO) within our cells. This essential molecule:
Signals the nervous system to shift immediately from stress mode (sympathetic) to deep relaxation and regeneration mode (parasympathetic).
Alleviates pain and reduces inflammation.
Boosts blood circulation and strengthens the immune system.
The Body as an Instrument
Since our bodies are made of roughly 70% water, they act as exceptional vibrational conductors. When faced with stress, fatigue, or emotional blocks, our "instrument" falls out of tune.
The tuning forks serve as a master tuning standard for your own cells. Through sympathetic resonance, your body remembers its original vibration, releases crystallized tension, and self-regulates. This is pure vibrational therapy—a gentle invitation to return to your natural state of harmony.
Morphic Fields, Intuitive Chanting, and the Lyre
Weaving the Invisible Web of Sound: From Morphic Resonance to the Ancient Lyre
"Sound is the thread that connects the visible to the invisible, matter to the memory of the world."
Does an invisible memory float around us, connecting beings across time and space? In modern science, biologist Rupert Sheldrake refers to this as the morphogenetic field (or morphic field). It is a field of pure information, devoid of physical matter, which holds collective memory and the archetypal forms of life. In sound therapy and medicine chanting, we dive directly into this immense, invisible library.
Intuitive Chanting: Channeling the Memory of the Field
When we practice intuitive chanting, we do not merely sing notes: we tune into morphic resonance. Without a musical score, the voice becomes a receiver. It captures the information present within the field of the person or the space, giving it back a sonic shape. This is the very essence of medicine chanting: a song channeled in the present moment, carrying the exact frequency needed to harmonize energy and release blockages.
The Ancient and Medieval Lyre: The Vibrational Antenna
From Pythagorean Antiquity to the rituals of the Middle Ages, the lyre has always been revered as a sacred instrument—a bridge between the macrocosm (the universe) and the microcosm (the body).
Pythagoras taught that the strings of the lyre resonated in perfect sympathy with the Music of the Spheres (the movement of the planets).
By tuning the lyre to sacred mathematical ratios, its gut or metal strings act as an antenna, emitting an invisible geometric form.
When the ancient and medieval lyre resonates in tandem with intuitive chanting, they create a powerful field of form. Through sympathetic resonance, the cells of your body align with this memory of original harmony, allowing for deep restoration and a return to oneness.
Channeling, Mythology, and Ancient Medicine
The Heritage of the Temples: From the Pythia of Delphi to Chiron’s Medicine
"Enter the sanctuary where sound becomes an oracle and vibration becomes a remedy."
In Ancient Greece, healing was never separated from spirituality or the arts: it was holistic, sacred, and deeply bound to the channeling of divine messages. Myths are not mere old stories; they are maps of human consciousness that we reactivate through sound.
Apollo, Delphi, and the Pythia: The Oracle Voice
At the heart of the Temple of Delphi, dedicated to Apollo—the god of prophecy, beauty, and music—the Pythia would enter a trance state to channel messages from the divine. Apollo himself was never apart from his lyre, the instrument of mental clarity and cosmic order. Ancient Greek music was not entertainment; it was a sacred science of ethos (the state of mind). Channeling through the voice means walking in the footsteps of the Pythia: stepping aside to let the breath, the guidance, and the clarity flow through sacred chants.
The Delphic Maxims Oracle: A Compass for the Session
To anchor this ancient guidance into the present moment of our sessions, I use the oracle of the Delphic Letters (Pythias Grammata / Πυθίας Γράμματα). This sacred alphabet, originally carved into the very stones of the Temple of Delphi, served as an oracle for truth-seekers who came to consult the philosophical maxims of Apollo.
Each letter carries a profound philosophical message and a pure geometric vibration. By drawing a letter at the beginning of our journey, we allow the oracle to set a clear intention or reveal a hidden message. It is this exact intention that I then translate into vibrations through my intuitive chanting and the strings of my lyre, allowing the message to deeply infuse your cellular structure.
Chiron and the Sanctuaries of Asclepius (Asclepeia)
Traditional Greek medicine finds its source with Chiron, the wounded centaur, the archetypal figure of the healer. A master of plants, astrology, and curative music, he passed his knowledge down to Asclepius, the god of medicine.
In the Asclepeia (the healing temples of Asclepius), patients came to practice incubation: they would sleep inside the sanctuary to the sound of lyres and sacred chants. Their dreams and the harmonic vibrations of the temple were the active catalysts for their healing.
Today's Practice
It is this sacred heritage that I reactivate within my space. By combining the pure vibration of the ancient lyre, medicine chanting, and intuitive channeling, we recreate a space of Centering and deep listening, much like the temples of old. An invitation to lie down, listen, and allow the frequencies of Apollo and the medicine of Chiron to restore your inner harmony.
