Therapeutic tarot
Tarot is an ancestral tool that dates back to ancient Egypt. It has been used for thousands of years for divination and seeking guidance. Tarot is like a book that writes itself as we spread the cards. It is an initiatory journey to find our own light through the fog of our consciousness.
Therapeutic tarot or psychological tarot is different from divinatory tarot. I will not read your fortune but rather help you find the answers to your questions within yourselves.
Therapeutic tarot is done with a psychological approach using symbols to access the subconscious and untangle the emotional clutter that prevents us from enjoying our general well-being.
It is a tool that allows us, through the symbols of the archetypes that are presented to us, to access our subconscious and reveal the messages that we have within us. We can thus find more clarity in our thoughts and emotions to find solutions that inspire us and give us courage.
During the consultation I suggest you draw three cards that represent the past, the present and the future or “the problem”, “the solution” and “how to get there”. Sometimes it is a mixture of both. We will take the time together to let yourself be imbued by the illustrations of the cards you have drawn to reveal the messages that are revealed by the symbols of each card.
Therapeutic tarot does not replace therapy with a psychologist but can be an alternative for moments of doubt that do not require psychotherapy strictly speaking.

Traditional phytotherapy is the science of medicinal plants. It recognizes the power of active principles, molecules, and essences that the earth shapes within the heart of roots, stems, and flowers. Hildegard von Bingen & Viriditas
In the 12th century, the mystic, herbalist, and musician Hildegard von Bingen already understood the absolute interconnection between body, mind, and nature. She conceptualized Viriditas (the greening power, or divine freshness): the spiritual vital energy that flows through plants and is channeled into the patient for healing. For Hildegarde, plants carry a sacred resonance within them—a vibration of life capable of restoring harmony where illness has sown discord

We drink in their physical medicine, vibrate to the rhythm of their Viriditas, and allow their spirit to guide our own healing.

A Lineage of Transmission (Community Focus)
For the Music of Plants: I was initiated by the artist and researcher Tritone Crisantemo within the Masterplants project. I learned to master the technology of capturing plant bio-data and to understand the musical language of plants as a rigorous vibrational art.
For Plant Spirit Healing: My guidance and openness to the invisible dialogue with the spirit of plants were passed down to me by Zigola Pioppo, an artist, researcher, and guardian of plant wisdom in Damanhur. Her teachings allowed me to refine my intuition to listen to the subtle medicine of the soul of plants.
It is with deep gratitude toward my mentors and the Damanhur community that I carry this medicine today, weaving it into my own journey to pass it on to you.

The Heritage of the Temples: From the Pythia of Delphi to Chiron’s Medicine

In Ancient Greece, healing was never separated from spirituality or the arts: it was holistic, sacred, and deeply bound to the channeling of divine messages. Myths are not mere old stories; they are maps of human consciousness that we reactivate through sound.
Apollo, Delphi, and the Pythia: The Oracle Voice
At the heart of the Temple of Delphi, dedicated to Apollo—the god of prophecy, beauty, and music—the Pythia would enter a trance state to channel messages from the divine. Apollo himself was never apart from his lyre, the instrument of mental clarity and cosmic order. Ancient Greek music was not entertainment; it was a sacred science of ethos (the state of mind). Channeling through the voice means walking in the footsteps of the Pythia: stepping aside to let the breath, the guidance, and the clarity flow through sacred chants.
The Delphic Maxims Oracle: A Compass for the Session
To anchor this ancient guidance into the present moment of our sessions, I use the oracle of the Delphic Letters (Pythias Grammata / Πυθίας Γράμματα). This sacred alphabet, originally carved into the very stones of the Temple of Delphi, served as an oracle for truth-seekers who came to consult the philosophical maxims of Apollo.
Each letter carries a profound philosophical message and a pure geometric vibration. By drawing a letter at the beginning of our journey, we allow the oracle to set a clear intention or reveal a hidden message. It is this exact intention that I then translate into vibrations through my intuitive chanting and the strings of my lyre, allowing the message to deeply infuse your cellular structure.
Chiron and the Sanctuaries of Asclepius (Asclepeia)
Traditional Greek medicine finds its source with Chiron, the wounded centaur, the archetypal figure of the healer. A master of plants, astrology, and curative music, he passed his knowledge down to Asclepius, the god of medicine.
In the Asclepeia (the healing temples of Asclepius), patients came to practice incubation: they would sleep inside the sanctuary to the sound of lyres and sacred chants. Their dreams and the harmonic vibrations of the temple were the active catalysts for their healing.
Today's Practice
It is this sacred heritage that I reactivate within my space. By combining the pure vibration of the ancient lyre, medicine chanting, and intuitive channeling, we recreate a space of Centering and deep listening, much like the temples of old Greece.
